Love the hay field

of all the land that the government uses (or not) there is opportunity to harvest hay for the hungry.
why not along the highways and byways
take advantage of what God has given us?
No horse should go hungry because the owner did not have enough money to buy hay. the government should produce food stamps for our animal friends too, why do we only think of ourselves? it makes me sick to my stomach to drive by and see a skinny, needy horse looking out of his dry pasture to greener lands. we as humans can do sooo much better than this.
